// 01 / Bio

Timo Bozsolik-Torres is Head of Engineering for the Agent Frontier Group at SandboxAQ, the enterprise AI company that spun out of Alphabet in 2022. SandboxAQ builds Large Quantitative Models, AI grounded in physics and chemistry, and uses them in drug discovery, materials science, cybersecurity and navigation. Google and NVIDIA are among its investors.

Timo’s team builds Switch, SandboxAQ’s platform for putting AI agents to work alongside people. Switch connects agents built with Claude Code, Google’s Agent Development Kit, LangChain and other frameworks to Slack, Microsoft Teams and Discord, where people and agents share rooms, context and history. It also gives companies tools to find, test and guard their agents, and to track what each one costs and returns.

He has built AI products for more than 15 years. He built the data pipelines behind Bard and Gemini at Google, led Kaggle Datasets and Notebooks, and ran Snyk’s security intelligence group.

From 1:1 to rooms: building agent teams that work together

Abstract

Most developers use coding agents in a 1:1 session in the CLI. That isn’t how people work. We work in Slack, Teams and Discord, and our context lives in rooms, scattered across channels.

In this live workshop, Timo moves agents out of the DM and into shared rooms on collaboration platforms: multiple agents, multiple rooms, humans and agents, all at once.

What you’ll learn

What changes when agents leave the 1:1 CLI session for shared rooms

How multiple agents and people can work in the same channels
